What’s included in each MetaMerch set?

Every MetaMerch set is a DIY build that includes all the pieces needed to assemble your model, plus a few extra pieces, a sticker sheet and building instructions.

How do I access the building instructions?

Scan the QR code on your product packaging to open the digital instruction manual.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days to metro cities, 4–6 business days to other locations and 7–9 business days to remote areas. Shipping is free across India.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to see your order status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, cards, wallets and net banking through secure online payment. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

What if my order has missing or defective pieces?

1. Double-check all the pieces in your set.
2. Mark the missing or defective pieces and their quantities on the instruction manual.
3. Email the marked images and your order number to merchandisemeta@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

We’ll review your request and send replacement parts after verification.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, within 5 days of delivery if the product is unused, unassembled and in its original sealed packaging. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Do you accept custom orders?
