No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products sold on metamerchandice.com.

Our products consist of very small and minute parts, and each item undergoes a strict quality check and verification process before dispatch to ensure completeness and condition. Once the product is shipped, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • All original parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange requests will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects or missing parts verified by our team.

  • Any damage caused due to mishandling, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, customers must:

  • Once approved, the exchange will be processed as per our internal guidelines.
